If so, come join the rk MILES Team! We are looking for a driven, hardworking and personable individual to fill the commercial project management role out of our West Hatfield, MA location.

As a member of our Commercial team, your responsibilities will include:

• Review commercial project plans and specifications, product material takeoffs and turn them into accurate, competitive quotes.
• Manage submittals and project documentation, coordinate material deliveries and plan in advance to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain and grow new and existing commercial accounts through top-notch service, honest pricing and strong relationships.
• Accurately prepare sales orders, quotes and proposals, by working closely with our support and estimating teams.
• Work closely with our commercial sales team, building components division (trusses and wall panels) sales manager and ownership on strategic account development, pricing and project coordination.

Experience:

• Qualified candidates will have solid knowledge of building material products, their applications and specifications.
• A proven background in project management at a commercial level. Must be comfortable on large scale jobsites.
• While not necessary, a background in sales is a plus.
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, produce accurate and competitive quotes and manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in the commercial submittal process via construction management platforms such as Procore.
• A knowledge of building component manufacturing (roof trusses, floor trusses, wall panels) a plus.
• Proficient in computer software including Bluebeam, the Microsoft office suite, etc.
• Must be a self-motivated, reliable team player with an open mind and a strong work ethic.

Are you Reliable, Responsible, and Caring? If so, we invite you to join the rk MILES team! We are looking for an experienced Door & Window Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will use your knowledge of door and window products, building applications, and installation techniques to perform repairs, replacements, and installations efficiently and accurately while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, safety, and quality.

As a member of our Door and Window team, your responsibilities will include:

• Visit job sites to inspect, measure, and assess customer needs.
• Install, repair, replace, and adjust door and window products.
• Identify necessary parts and coordinate product orders.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and team members to ensure quality service.
• Maintain service vehicle, inventory, and accurate service records.
• Provide product recommendations and support other departments as needed.

Experience:

• Experience installing and repairing doors and windows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Dependability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Include working outdoors in all seasons, performing heavy lifting, ability to be on feet all day, use of ladders and power tools as needed.
