The Service Coordinator will be based out of our Manchester location and will be responsible for managing door and window service requests for our Door & Window Departments for all our locations. Other responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. Duties will include working with service technicians to create lists of parts or products needed to make repairs and tracking vendor reimbursement for warranty work.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Must have knowledge of millwork products and supplies.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is required.
• Strong Computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to build strong business relationships.
• High degree of professionalism maturity and a polished demeanor.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented and accurate.
• Ability to assess situations and instill confidence in customers that acceptable solutions will be found.

Individual will be responsible for preparing customer orders for pick-up and/or for delivery and will also split their time delivering products. Responsibilities include receiving orders from vendors, fulfilling orders for customers, maintaining yard cleanliness, adhering to safety protocols, and stocking product as well as deliver orders to customers and job sites.
