Physical Requirements include ability to be on feet all day when not driving a truck, including repeated walking throughout job sites and up and down stairs. Ability to lift products and place on truck or unload from truck and carry up-and-down ladders. Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and in all weather conditions.

The Service Coordinator will be based out of our Manchester location and will be responsible for managing door and window service requests for our Door & Window Departments for all our locations. Other responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. Duties will include working with service technicians to create lists of parts or products needed to make repairs and tracking vendor reimbursement for warranty work.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Must have knowledge of millwork products and supplies.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is required.
• Strong Computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to build strong business relationships.
• High degree of professionalism maturity and a polished demeanor.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented and accurate.
• Ability to assess situations and instill confidence in customers that acceptable solutions will be found.
