FRAMING CARPENTER (Seasonal, Part-Time, Full-Time)

Starting at $18-24 pay commensurate with experience.

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking Framing Carpenters who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role, you will work alongside the Lead Carpenter and others to manufacture wooden wall panels in an indoor, production-driven environment.

You will use your knowledge of rough framing, building materials, and carpentry tools to build quality wall panels efficiently and accurately while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manufacture wooden wall panels on framing tables in an indoor manufacturing facility.
• Follow direction from the Lead Carpenter and work effectively as part of a team.
• Read and follow framing plans and specifications.
• Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools, including pneumatic framing nail guns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform work with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience with rough framing carpentry and knowledge of building materials.
• Knowledge of basic woodworking and framing techniques.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including pneumatic framing nail guns.
• Ability to read and understand basic plans and measurements.
• Must have basic hand tools and a carpenter’s tool pouch.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
