Steve has been in the industry for almost 40 years and has been at the helm of our West Hatfield location for more than 13 years. His favorite part of his job is working with the store's hard-working, grounded, customers who oftentimes represent multi-generation family businesses. When Steve isn't working, you will find him enjoying time with his family, traveling, fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Fun fact: He enjoys pre-1980 automobiles, woodworking, and beer & winemaking!
Patty has been working at our West Hatfield location for 33 years! She feels fortunate to be able to work with the great group of builders and retail customers that live and work in the Pioneer Valley. Patty enjoys the fast-paced nature of the business she likes learning new things every day. When Patty is not at work you will find her spending time with her family, taking yearly vacations to Cape Cod or reading one of her favorite books.
Rich has been part of the West Hatfield team since the Rugg Lumber days. 25 years and counting, he enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships and seeing the different approaches builders have for each job. In his free time, Rich enjoys cheering on the New England Patriots, repairing and building hot rod cars, camping and boating with his family.
