PURCHASING ASSOCIATE (Full-Time)

This is an entry-level position for a detail-oriented person looking to build a career with our growing company.

Individual will be responsible for:

• Monitor inventory levels for assigned product lines.
• Order products as necessary from suppliers and/or other yards.
• Receive product into system of record as needed. Maintain inventory management system.
• Review product lines on a continuous basis; recommend product changes based upon inventory turns and sales levels.
• Research new product lines and industry trends.

Experience and skills:

• Knowledge of building products and hardware products helpful
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High degree of professionalism, maturity, and a polished demeanor
• A proven ability to be accurate and detail-oriented
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
