DOORS & WINDOWS OFFICE AND SALES SUPPORT

Are you Reliable, Responsible, and Caring? Come join the Manchester rk MILES Team! We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified applicants who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our Doors and Windows team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Keying customer orders
• Verifying vendor acknowledgments
• Receiving special orders into the system and invoicing customers
• Reviewing and processing vendor credits, returns and invoices
• Reviewing departmental daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Supporting the Doors & Windows sales staff
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Candidates must possess strong organizational, communication and computer skills, enjoy developing relationships with customers and have a willingness to learn. Candidates must also be detailed-oriented and be able to work in a fast paced environment while handling multiple tasks and deadlines. Customer service experience is a must. General knowledge of building materials and millwork products is a plus but not required.
