DOOR & WINDOW WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (Full-Time)

Starting at $25/hr pay commensurate with experience.

As our Door & Window Warehouse Supervisor your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Door & Window Warehouse.
• Assist contractors and retail customers with order pick-ups, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Perform all shipping and receiving duties with precision and attention to detail.
• Support drivers with truck loading and unloading and serve as a backup non-CDL driver when needed, always following company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors- in person, by phone, and via email.
• Operate forklifts and other power equipment as needed, following safety standards.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our door and window products and services.

Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Prior experience with millwork products is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and build positive relationships.
• Commitment to teamwork, safety and excellent customer service.
